Camden UNISON wins holiday backpay for casual worker

Camden UNISON has won back a four-figure sum of paid annual leave for a casual worker member in the integrated youth support service.

The worker had not been receiving paid holiday to which all workers are entitled by law.

Camden UNISON encourages all casual/zero-hour contract workers (who are often called “sessional workers” in Camden) to join UNISON and seek advice on their entitlements.
