Following the poor pay deal offered to them, Unison members in the NHS have given a 68% vote for strike action and a 88% vote for industrial action short of strike action. Hopefully our fellow trade unionists in the NHS will be able to take industrial action together with us on 14th October – as we all face miniscule pay rises and we need to take a stand against this.
