Nine out of ten social workers think hot-desking saps morale

Community Care magazine reports that 9 out of 10 social workers believe that hot-desking is bad for morale. This shows the clear view among workers in that sector that it is a bad idea for employers to force people into this arrangement – a view that is shared by many other workers beyond the social work sector.
