Camden UNISON wins reinstatement for two private sector members

In the past few weeks we have successfully won reinstatement for two dismissed workers on outsourced contracts at Shaw Healthcare and Caterlink.

Camden UNISON put in appeals against the dismissals, and was successful in getting the members reinstated, with back pay to the dismissal date.

This highlights both the precarious position which many private sector workers experience, and how it pays to be organised and part of the union, in-house or on outsourced contracts.
