Camden UNISON has successfully won a regrading claim for scale 5 (level 2 zone 1) administrators in children’s centres taking their grade up to scale 6 (level 2 zone 2): a salary band up to nearly £2800 per year higher.
The change benefited around 10 workers, and included a backdated element of a pay increase going back around six months.
