Kevin Maguire, in today’s Mirror, writes a good article that’s sympathetic towards what we in the trade unions have been saying on the pensions issue.
He points out that the pensions strike on 30th November 2011 will also be a test for Ed Miliband, the Labour leader. Some prominent Labour activists have already said they are in sympathy with what we are saying, as has Lambeth Council.
We hope that Ed Miliband will show the courage of his convictions, and join them in siding with us in the 30th November pensions strike.
